Korey was a former Certified Toyota Master Technician and has over 10 years experience working on Toyota vehicles. He has over 15 years of professional automotive and customer relation experience. At Exit 5 Auto, he oversees daily fixed operations, parts directing, and much more. Unlike managers at many other dealerships, Korey also contributes on the shop floor. This is just another reason that service levels at Exit5 are so high.

Steve Ogaard is recently new to our team. Having been in the automotive business for over 20 years now, he is very experienced in taking care of clients and building customer loyalty. Steve has built his experience by working for three local manufacturer franchises holding a Service Advisor title at all three. He works closely with our technicians and oversees all repair orders as they go through the shop while keeping you updated throughout the whole process! Steve spends the time to make sure all repairs are explained and quoted correctly so you are never left in the dark.

Eric has over 20 years of experience repairing everything from automobiles to boats and even trains. He has 13 years of experience as a Chrysler gold certified tech, 20 years in paint/body repair and 20 years in metal fabrication/welding. He has been with Exit 5 for 3 years and has served as a medium duty / fleet technician and most recently taken on the role of the shop foreman. We are lucky to have such a versatile and valuable asset here with us at Exit 5!

Mark came to Exit5 after spending almost 30 years as the Service Manager at Gendron's Truck Center. His knowledge of medium and heavy duty trucks is unparalleled. However, trucks are not his only specialty, he has a rich history in servicing cars of all makes and models as well. If you're looking for an experienced, honest, and trustworthy person to care for your vehicle, Mark is your man.

Carl has been in the automotive parts and service industry for seven years. He has worked in auto parts as a parts manager for a leading automotive parts supplier. Carl joined Exit5 Auto in 2018 as a Service Advisor and has strived to give outstanding customer satisfaction. Carl is ASE certified and currently serves as Exit5 Auto's Fleet Manager.
